Please join us for an update on the Affordable Care Act and other employee benefits news. During this session we’ll discuss the latest rules, regulations and court decisions affecting employers. We’ll review the Texas v. Azar lawsuit, which could result in the entire ACA being struck down, as well as the latest on the lawsuit over the Trump Administration’s rules expanding Association Health Plans (AHPs). We’ll also review proposed regulations expanding Health Reimbursement Arrangements starting in 2020.
