The Department of Labor has recently announced the intent to hire 100 new investigators in its Wage and Hour Division. This announcement serves as a reminder that federal wage and hour regulations remain significant and that non-compliance poses serious risk. While we can’t cover all federal wage and hour regulations in a one-hour webinar, this event will cover some of the most common problems, including exemptions, contractor misclassification and overtime requirements.
