Join us for a webinar on the latest in employee benefits news and regulations in 2021. During this session we’ll review compliance topics of interest, including recent IRS guidance on FSAs, DOL guidance on the COVID-19 extensions, and the third COVID-19 stimulus bill – the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). ARPA includes enhancements and an extension to the FFCRA paid leave programs, an increase to the dependent care assistance program (DCAP) limit to $10,500 for 2021, a two-year enhancement of the ACA’s premium tax credits, and a 100% COBRA subsidy from April 1, 2021 – September 30, 2021. We’ll also discuss the latest EEOC guidance on vaccine issues, including whether employers should mandate or recommend the vaccine.
